This SMLC make hot melt Adhesive applicator machine is a sophisticated easy to use machine. The system is made keeping in mind insulation and adequate heating. It comprises of a coated container PFT/ Non PFT (1 to 20 litters),connected to the dispensing system which is heated and isolated. It is further connected to automatic dispensing gun for seamless and hassle-free application.
It comes in two variants to meet the needs of the user.
- Volumetric Hot melt adhesive applicator
The system comprises of a Pressure pot (1 to 20 litters), a heated jacket for pressure pot along with a heated base plate, heated hose, and an automatic dispensing gun for seamless and hassle application.
2. Hot melt adhesive applicator with gear Pump.
The system comprises of a Pressure pot (1 to 20 litters), a heated jacket for pressure pot along with a heated base plate, heated hose, and an automatic dispensing gun for seamless and hassle application.
For precise application a variant is developed by SMLC, which allows the user to dispense material with utmost precision. This variant come with an attached gear pump which makes this possible.

The System will be consisting of the following items

Utilities required for Machine: Power 4-6 KW, Air consumption: 100 LPM at 5-6 bar
Operations of the Machine –
- Install machine in clean and dry area on the table away from fan air (Breeze)
- Clean the machine, controller, pressure pot completely
- Connect air supply to the machine (dry air) 0 – 10 bars
- Connect the supply voltage to the machine with proper earthing
- Check the operation ON/OFF of the glue dispensing valve providing air 0-10 bar, on timer controller
- Check the heating of pressure pot, dispensing gun block by individual turning on/off power
- If dispensing valve operation and heating system is correct then switch off the power and fill the glue material in the pot.
- Closely tight the lid of pressure pot
- Switch on the pressure supply and set the temp. as per required for the glue melting
- Again, check the air release valve by pulling the ring for safety working.
- Wait for set the temperature point it will take some time when the material melts then press paddle switch to operate dispensing gun.
As per hot melt glue timer take out material from the gun.
